My First Client Experience

I am extremely excited to announce my first client, Forensic Claims Solutions! FCS is utilizing my New-To-The-Net (I Manage) Package, they’re small business operating in the healthcare payment integrity sector and they needed a site fast. Having just secured new clients and exploded onto the scene, it was imperative that they displayed their service offerings for prospective customers.

Home Page

When visiting the site, you’re instantly met with their logo and critical information to draw the customer in. Upon scrolling, the blue wave which sits below gives way to key features of their flagship product. Below that the viewer is shown an animated, scrolling testimonial section, which then gives way to another animated showcase of impressive business statistics. If the customer is hooked, the next section contains a mailto link for email contact. Finally, the page terminates in the Forensic Claims Solutions footer, with contact info and a mailto.

Solutions Page

The second page I designed for FCS is their most important, the solutions page. Their bread and butter, this offers all the information they need to secure a sale. The customer is granted with the title “Solutions” and the text “Find The Right Solution For You”. Scrolling down, you see their three main offerings and a short description of each. Coming to the middle of the page FCS provided a wonderful video for their customers with the enticing description to the right. Continuing, we have a simple description of the main function of their flagship product and lastly we have the FAQ section, complete with attractive, animated accordions.

About Us Page

Moving to the last page, it’s a simply designed “About Us”, just in case you needed that last bit of information to give you confidence. We have alternating two column layouts displaying each photo and bio in tandem.

Closing

Overall this was a wonderful first client experience and I couldn’t have picked a better group to work with. As with every project and work of art, there is experience gained and that experience helps me to deliver a better product in the future.
